Capture2 does not request ”Sensitive Data” that pertains to a person’s racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, income records, health, sexual orientation or alleged commission of any offense and will not disclose any Sensitive Data that you have provided and will not use your Sensitive Data for any purpose other than (1) for the purpose for which you originally provided it, (2) for a purpose you later expressly consented to, or (3) where necessary to fulfill Capture2’s legal obligations.


Capture2 may disclose your Personal Data to those who reasonably need to know such data for a legitimate business purpose and as required by law with a Capture2Proposal subsidiary worldwide, or to third parties and business partners. By using our websites, products and solutions or providing your Personal Data to us, you consent to the transfer, processing and storage of such information outside of your country of residence where data protection standards may be different. Capture2 maintains reasonable physical, administrative and technical safeguards designed to secure your Personal Data and Sensitive Data and to prevent unauthorized access to such information to include; (1) Data Encryption, (2) Automated Data Backup to Alternative Locations, (3) Access Controls, (4) Input Validation, (5) Transport Protection – web application data protected from unauthorized disclosure / modification, (6) HTTPS for data transport, (7) Service Protections (Web/Infrastructure)-vulnerabilities secured to prevent exploitation, (8) Web Application Firewall, Content Delivery Network (CDN), (9) Auditing and Logging (User and Application and Infrastructure) and (10) Microsoft SSL Certificate, TLS 1.2 connection with 256 bit keys and Use TLS.


Capture2 allows you reasonable access to your Personal Data and Sensitive Data to correct, amend or delete such data, upon reasonable request and to the extent the request does not compromise the protections set forth in this Privacy Statement. You should direct any such request to
