OASIS is awarding up to 40 MAC IDIQs on an unrestricted basis to businesses within these two pools. OASIS consists of six total ‘pools’ where each pool is made up of a collection of related NAICS coded business. The requirements are fairly stringent, but the Government is having a difficult time getting enough Industry partners to bid for Pools 2 and 6. The opportunity is there to come in, win the MAC, and enjoy exclusive participation in one of the larger MAC IDIQs available for the next five years.
