- Choose to integrate your activities with Microsoft Teams and/or Outlook for enhanced cross-platform functionality.
- When creating tasking in Capture2Proposal you can identify whether the activity is a meeting to be created in Outlook calendar with notifications, a Microsoft Teams Channel, or neither, saving additional administrative steps to organize meetings.
- ‘Tag’ other contacts of interest for the activity who are not directly tasked or invited to a meeting (such as the KO), for easy future reference.
- Keep notes, documents, and your calendar together, synchronized between Capture2Proposal and Microsoft Teams for each opportunity.
- Use Microsoft Teams Channels to securely connect with group chat or video calls with activity assignees at the identified dates and times.
- Instantly switch from chat to video conference with the touch of a button, with teams of two (or dozens of people) as needed.
- Access, share, and co-author files in real-time using Microsoft Office apps; and manage files and collaboration from either platform.
